When looking for new talent, we work with a number of trusted recruitment agencies. Their teams of qualified professionals help us to find competent and motivated candidates who match our values and recruitment needs.

Job description

Are you familiar with SEO/SEA/Ads? We are offering you the opportunity to lead the digital acquisition strategy for a multi-subsidiary group! 

Within the marketing department, supported by Virginie, Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for participating in the digital development of the entire group by carrying out the tasks of SEO/SEA/Ads Traffic Manager for all subsidiaries.

Your main objective will be to manage the natural and paid search engine optimisation strategy to bring three sites developed under PrestaShop to the top of Google search results and maximise their qualified traffic.

Your tasks:

 SEO optimisation on PrestaShop 

• Technical SEO audit of the three PrestaShop websites (structure, markup, speed, responsiveness, indexing).

• Creation and optimisation of content (product descriptions, categories, blog) in accordance with SEO best practices.

• Implementation of a targeted netlinking strategy.

Participation in the digital communication strategy

• Development of digital communication campaigns (emailing, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.) in line with current events and the editorial schedule.

• Management of online advertising on specialised websites.

Management of acquisition campaigns (SEA/Google Ads)

• Creation, management and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns (search, shopping, remarketing).

• Analysis of high-performing keywords via Google Keyword Planner and integration into campaigns.

• Coordination with agencies or freelancers if necessary.

Performance monitoring and reporting

• Regular monitoring of SEO positions, traffic, bounce rate and conversion rate via Google Analytics, Search Console and Data Studio.

• Development of weekly dashboards for KPI monitoring.

Testing & continuous improvement 

• Conducting A/B testing on landing pages.

• Proposing UX/UI optimisations to increase conversion rates.

Competitive & technological monitoring 

• Active monitoring of direct competitors and SEO/SEA trends.

• Strategic recommendations to remain competitive in SERPs.

Package

• Fixed salary: 13 months

• Profit sharing and collective bonuses

• 39 hours per week, flexible hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.;

• Meal allowance (60% company / 40% employee);

• 100% health insurance coverage (including family) + Health advance card (no need to pay upfront);

• 1 to 2 days of remote work per week after the trial period.

Required profile

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position outside of work-study programmes.

You are familiar with the digital environment and the challenges of SEO/SEA. You are curious and enjoy keeping up with the constant changes on the web.

You are familiar with Office Suite and Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.).

In order to express your creativity and sense of innovation, knowledge of certain graphic design software, such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, would be an advantage.

Working closely with the group and its subsidiaries, English language skills are appreciated.

You will need your own transport to travel to the site in Mions (south of Lyon).

Our strong growth has led us to strengthen our sales team and create the position of Assistant Sales Manager to manage and supervise a team of 4 sedentary sales technicians in Mions.

As the Sales Director's right-hand man, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of a stable, motivated and professional team.

Your tasks :

  • Discussing, advising and leading a sales team of 4 Sedentary Sales Technicians
  • Managing, monitoring and developing sales activity by implementing an effective strategy 
  • Applying the company's sales policy and ensuring compliance with sales processes
  • Keeping a constant watch on the market, identifying opportunities and helping to implement sales initiatives
  • Contribute to optimising sales performance through ongoing training of the team and effective management of the CRM and internal reporting
  • Facilitate inter-departmental exchanges (Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Sales, Accounting)

Profile : With a BAC +3/5 (Sales and/or Technical) qualification, you will have initial experience in managing a team of sedentary sales representatives, ideally in an industrial, transport or logistics environment.

You have the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with management. In addition to your in-depth knowledge of sales techniques and business practices, you have excellent communication, team-building and problem-solving skills.
