The recruitment process at Forankra

When looking for new talent, we work with a number of trusted recruitment agencies. Their teams of qualified professionals help us to find competent and motivated candidates who match our values and recruitment needs.

After applying on their website or by email, applications are carefully reviewed. If the application matches the profile sought, the candidate is called back for an initial phone interview.

Following this discussion, we select several candidates for an initial interview at our offices in Mions : we take the time to listen to each candidate and understand their motivations and skills for the position.

The process continues with a second interview with executive management to finalise our recruitment process : we want to make sure that each candidate matches our values and recruitment needs.
