When looking for new talent, we work with a number of trusted recruitment agencies. Their teams of qualified professionals help us to find competent and motivated candidates who match our values and recruitment needs.
After applying on their website or by email, applications are carefully reviewed. If the application matches the profile sought, the candidate is called back for an initial phone interview.
Following this discussion, we select several candidates for an initial interview at our offices in Mions : we take the time to listen to each candidate and understand their motivations and skills for the position.

Our recruitment offers :
Forankra is the French branch of a European leader specialising in the marketing of equipment and solutions for road and sea transport safety and logistics operations to the B2B sector, hauliers, industries and logistics bases. After a period of training and integration into the team, you will be asked to sell our flagship products, such as straps and lashing and securing solutions, lifting equipment, dock equipment, etc.
You will be joining a sedentary team (4 employees and a division manager), thanks to the recruitment of a Sales Representative on a permanent contract in Mions. You will be responsible for developing an existing customer account, and will report to the Inside Sales Manager.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Managing, building loyalty and developing your customer accounts
- Analysing needs, drawing up quotations and following them up until the sale is concluded
- Negotiating prices on a case-by-case basis, with the manager's approval
- Extending your customers additional needs (in particular, lashing training, additional equipment, etc.)
- Developing your customer accounts (new markets, customers, prospects, etc.) by prospecting and following up sleeping files
- Monitor the treatment of complaints and after-sales service
- Manage the sales department phone service as part of a team
- Ensure regular reporting on the progress of projects in the CRM system

You have a 2-year higher education qualification (BTS commerce) and at least 2 years experience in sedentary sales of industrial products or in the B-to-B sector, preferably in an industrial, transport or logistics environment.
With proven autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills, you are proactive and adaptable. Your team spirit and customer focus are essential assets if you are to succeed in this role.
Previous experience in managing a reseller or distribution network would be an advantage. Fluency in Pack Office and English are desirable additional skills.

Our strong growth has led us to strengthen our sales team and create the position of Assistant Sales Manager to manage and supervise a team of 4 sedentary sales technicians in Mions.
As the Sales Director's right-hand man, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of a stable, motivated and professional team.
Your tasks :
- Discussing, advising and leading a sales team of 4 Sedentary Sales Technicians
- Managing, monitoring and developing sales activity by implementing an effective strategy
- Applying the company's sales policy and ensuring compliance with sales processes
- Keeping a constant watch on the market, identifying opportunities and helping to implement sales initiatives
- Contribute to optimising sales performance through ongoing training of the team and effective management of the CRM and internal reporting
- Facilitate inter-departmental exchanges (Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Sales, Accounting)
