Aluminum XTRADECK load-bearing beam for surface-mounted double-floor system.
The DPA XTRADECK aluminum load beam is an essential component of the volume optimization system in industrial vans.
Made from recycled materials, this beam offers effective strength while being lightweight, allowing for optimal vehicle payload without overloading the vehicle.
Handled with the Forankra operating rod, it slides easily in the double aluminum rails fixed on the vehicle walls, to be positioned at the desired height when loading on two levels.
The composite end design of the load beam allows it to slide noiselessly: Piek approval.
The beam handling is done in 2 movements, thus enabling increased productivity and reducing MSDs.
2 load capacities:
- XtraDeck-System Standard: Load beam 1000 daN
- XtraDeck-System Heavy Duty: Load beam 1300 daN
The beam is usable on all rails of the XTRADECK FORANKRA system.
