The XTRADECK double deck system for vans and refrigerated vehicles is available in 2 versions:
- DPA system, surface mounted: rails are directly fixed to the wall without modification
- ATD-F and ATD-2 systems: rails are recessed or semi-recessed in the wall, ideal solutions for refrigerated vehicles
The load-bearing beams slide in the rails fixed to the walls of the van, allowing adjustable height and loading configuration. The sliding is noiseless for better user comfort, especially for deliveries in city centers, PIEK approved.
They are available in two load capacity versions:
- XtraDeck-System Standard: Load-bearing beam 1000 daN
- XtraDeck-System Heavy Duty: Load-bearing beam 1300 daN
The load-bearing beams are easily maneuvered with a operating rod.
The double deck system also exists for clothing transport to optimize goods loading on 2 levels.
