The SMARTBAR locking bar is suitable for LCVs and small carriers.
The SMARTBAR can be easily installed in one motion, with a simple press on the strap that allows placing the bar in the lashing rail. Its design ensures it is positioned correctly.
Its locking capacity is 350daN, while weighing less than 3kg due to a mix of aluminum and steel.
Its usable height in the vehicle ranges from 1m80 to 2m10 but can be easily customized while maintaining an adjustment range of 300mm.
The SMARTBAR locking bar comes with a reversible end cap Ø19 or Ø24mm, compatible with various rails: notched rail, aero rail, and universal rail. An option with steel end caps Ø19 mm is available, allowing installation on ladder rails.
Compared to spring telescopic bars for trucks, the SMARTBAR features a spring with a compression force of 15daN, ensuring no damage to the LCV wall while providing effective securing.
To protect transported goods, 50mm protection pads (49117 02) or protective foam (ref 560053 20) can be slid onto the tube.
The SMARTBAR can also be combined with SMART-CONNECT to create a direct anchorage (aero rail) on the bar.
