SAFECOLD Rigid Insulating Partition
The SafeCold partition wall allows for the compartmentalization of products in semi-trailers while maintaining the cold chain. It is very easy to use and position without rails, thanks to its removable handle and patented pneumatic system.

The SafeCold partition system is based on a patented fastening mechanism, making it completely independent from other devices inside the trailer. The partition is made from recyclable materials. The insulating material used in the SafeCold partition has a thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/mK.

The partition is only 30 mm thick, which minimizes space usage during loading and unloading. The SafeCold system is flexible and allows for customized solutions, such as creating mini cold rooms.

The SafeCold system weighs approximately 10 kg/m². The partition is designed in 2 or 3 sections, with custom width and height. For taller models, the 3-section version is recommended to reduce the weight per section. This also allows each section to be stored between the load beams in a double-deck trailer when the partition system is not in use.
