Stabiliser pads ensure that machinery is securely positioned on sloping ground. Their angled design, combined with a non-slip surface, guarantees stability, protects the ground and ensures an even distribution of loads of up to 15,000 kg per unit.
Several models available, see table for specifications.
| Code | Designation | Length (mm) | Width (mm) | Thickness (mm) | Weight (kg/unit) | Capacity (kg/unit) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A.PMI400 L | Patin monobloc incliné, PE | 400 | 400 | 80 | 7,6.00 | 10 000 |
| A.PMI500 L | Patin monobloc incliné, PE | 500 | 500 | 80 | 10,5 | 15 000 |
Stabiliser pads or square levelling pads are a reliable solution for levelling equipment on sloping or uneven surfaces. Their one-piece construction, made from recycled high-density polyethylene, ensures excellent resistance to mechanical stress.
Each pad is designed with a 7.5° angle, allowing for precise adjustment during installation. The ability to stack two units provides a total inclination of 15°, making it easier to adapt to the most challenging terrain conditions.
The non-slip rubber underside improves grip on the ground whilst minimising the risk of damage to surfaces such as tarmac, earth or paving stones. The design also allows for stable positioning of stabilisers or another skid, contributing to even load distribution.
These pads are suitable for numerous professional applications, including telehandlers, aerial work platforms, crane trucks, auxiliary cranes, mobile cranes and drilling rigs. Their load capacity reaches up to 15,000 kg per unit depending on the model, thus meeting the requirements of lifting and stabilisation operations.
Furthermore, they offer excellent long-term durability (resistance to rust and corrosion).
Available in two sizes, the stabiliser pads can be easily adapted to the various on-site requirements of professionals.

Questions & Answers
How do I calculate the capacity of a stack pads?
There are two ways of calculating the capacity of the monobloc skid depending on the number of outriggers on the crane: - For two outriggers: 2/3 of the unladen weight + maximum load capacity = capacity in kg/skid | - For four outriggers: (2/3 of the unladen weight + maximum load capacity)/2 = capacity in kg of the skid. Example for a 50T crane with a load capacity of 10T on 4 outriggers: (50T x 2)/3 = 33330kg + 10T = 43330 /2 = 22T per skid.
Are there different sizes of stack pads?
Yes, there are square, round and notched one-piece skids.
Are there storage boxes for stack padss?
Yes, we have storage boxes for one or two skates. Please note that these storage boxes correspond to one skate size. See our technical data sheet for more information.
Is it possible to have a central print?
Yes, on request, in which case the diameter and thickness of the print must be supplied.
Is it possible to have special dimensions?
Yes, on request
What material are stack pads made from?
They are made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene)
