Double deck system

The double-floor system for vans doubles its loading capacity by adding a second level of beams.

You can transport up to 66 pallets !

You have two options:

-   DPA System: in Applied,

-   ATD System: Recessed.

The height of the double floor is adjustable. The load-bearing beams slide in the rails attached to the walls of the van.

The novelty is the XtraDeck double floor beam and its maneuvering rod (patented system), which improve productivity and working conditions for operators:

•  Rail/composite beam interface: improved sliding.

•  New beam end: noise reduction (Piek approval).

•  Operating rod: intuitive positioning of the beam in up to 2 maneuvers, even under reduced visibility conditions (trailer bottom).

– XtraDeck-System Standard: 1000 daN Load Beam

– XtraDeck-System Heavy Duty: 1300 daN Load Beam
