The Comfort Line strap is the ideal strap for equipping heavy-duty vehicles with tautliner or specialized flatbed for transporting goods.
Equipped with a blue rubber Comfort Line handle, it provides additional comfort to the user by avoiding direct contact of metal with hands, while ensuring cargo safety due to its high resistance.
Recommended for covering external securing. This strap has a STF (multiplied tension force) of 375 daN.
Made from a 6-ton (6T) breaking strength strap and 5T hardware, this strap has a lashing capacity of 2000 daN.
Compliant with the EN12195-2 standard, the COMFORT LINE tautliner strap is recommended for optimized tension distribution on the load and preventing load shifting during transport, which can lead to road accidents and cargo damage.
The LC 2000 daN strap with Comfort Line ratchet handle "4C" is available with 6E hooks (open hooks), 5L double hooks (closed hooks), or with magnetic double hook 5LA (easy to install).

are the straps customizable?
Thanks to its workshop based in Mions, Forankra can customise straps according to your needs: length, colour, marking and available buckles. Forankra can also make straps to drawings.
Does the color of the strap affect the resistance?
No, the colour has no impact on the capacity of the strap and this is not prescribed in the standard. On the other hand, the label includes all the information needed to identify the strap (STF, CMU, elongation, etc.).
Do the straps need to be inspected?
There is no regulatory strap check, but wear must be checked before use.
What is the LC?
The LC stands for ‘lashing capacity’ or, in accordance with the standard, the LC expresses the strap's capacity for use, including the safety coefficients. It therefore refers to the strap's daily use.
What is the STF ?
STF is the tension force of the ratchet. Its unit of measurement is the daN (deca-newton).
What is the SHF ?
The SHF represents the human force used to tension the ratchet. Its unit of measurement is the daN (deca-newton).
