The reverse tensioning strap is ideal for equipping professional heavy-duty vehicles for transporting goods in Tautliner or flatbed trucks.
Equipped with a reverse tension ratchet tensioner and a long blue "Comfort Line" handle "4C" to facilitate tensioning of the strap, this system helps reduce the risk of MSD (musculoskeletal disorders).
Its use is recommended for covering external securing. The lashing strap with reverse ratchet tensioner LC 2500 daN is made from a strap with a breaking strength of 7.5T (7.5 tons) and 5T hardware.
In compliance with the EN standard EN12195-2, the lashing strap LC 2500 daN has an STF of 580 daN, allowing for better securing.
In orange color, the strap is available with "6E" hooks (open fingers), "5L" double hooks (closed fingers), or "5LA" double magnetic hooks (easy to install).
Fixed part of the strap: 35 cm | Long part: 900 cm or 1200 cm

are the straps customizable?
Thanks to its workshop based in Mions, Forankra can customise straps according to your needs: length, colour, marking and available buckles. Forankra can also make straps to drawings.
Does the color of the strap affect the resistance?
No, the colour has no impact on the capacity of the strap and this is not prescribed in the standard. On the other hand, the label includes all the information needed to identify the strap (STF, CMU, elongation, etc.).
Do the straps need to be inspected?
There is no regulatory strap check, but wear must be checked before use.
What is the LC?
The LC stands for ‘lashing capacity’ or, in accordance with the standard, the LC expresses the strap's capacity for use, including the safety coefficients. It therefore refers to the strap's daily use.
What is the STF ?
STF is the tension force of the ratchet. Its unit of measurement is the daN (deca-newton).
What is the SHF ?
The SHF represents the human force used to tension the ratchet. Its unit of measurement is the daN (deca-newton).
