The 3-point car carrier tie-down strap with sleeve is an essential piece of equipment for transporting vehicles safely.
With its 3 swivel hooks, it allows vehicles to be secured to the car carrier as close to the wheel as possible.
The 50 cm “grip” sleeve makes it easier to position the strap on the wheel while preventing the strap from marking the tire tread.
Made from 7.5-metric-ton-breaking-strength webbing and 5-metric-ton-rated buckles, the 3-point car strap with sleeve ensures high-quality securing.
When used with a CARSTOP wheel chock—ref: 48770 10—it ensures secure and sturdy securing of cars on vehicles during transport.
Complies with EN 12195-2.
Securing capacity: 2,500 daN (linear) / 5,000 daN (U-shape) – STF (nominal tensile force): 275 daN.

are the straps customizable?
Thanks to its workshop based in Mions, Forankra can customise straps according to your needs: length, colour, marking and available buckles. Forankra can also make straps to drawings.
Does the color of the strap affect the resistance?
No, the colour has no impact on the capacity of the strap and this is not prescribed in the standard. On the other hand, the label includes all the information needed to identify the strap (STF, CMU, elongation, etc.).
Do the straps need to be inspected?
There is no regulatory strap check, but wear must be checked before use.
What is the LC?
The LC stands for ‘lashing capacity’ or, in accordance with the standard, the LC expresses the strap's capacity for use, including the safety coefficients. It therefore refers to the strap's daily use.
What is the STF ?
STF is the tension force of the ratchet. Its unit of measurement is the daN (deca-newton).
