To choose an aluminum FBTV loading dock, it is necessary to know the height difference between the dock and the truck, which should be positive (up to 445 mm).
The EN1398 standard recommends a bridge width at least 700 mm wider than the cart's width.
The bridge must be installed in a weld rail (to be ordered separately), see option.
To secure the bridge, a reservation is required at the edge of the concrete dock with a downward vertical part of 220 mm.
The bridge is locked in a vertical position at rest, it unlocks with the foot, and the operator holds the bridge with a handle or chain provided for this purpose.

You need to fit a U-iron or metal angle (dimensions to be specified on the technical data sheet, depending on the model) to the dock nose so that you can weld the dock.
Is there a solution for handling a loading dock more easily?
