SafeCold is a well-known system of thermowalls, which enables the transport of temperature-sensitive goods. In order to continue the development of this range, Forankra has now developed a rollable thermowall Wall On Wheel, which makes handling temperature zones in refrigerated vehicles easier and more ergonomic. Wall on Wheel is manufactured in size as desired.

Advantages with Wall On Wheel:

The thermowall Wall On Wheel is easy to move and position in the loading area thanks to a unique construction with wheels and balls, which makes the wall rollable in its movable position. The wall has three positions with different functions –vertical position (locked position) and two movable positions.

• In the vertical locked position, the wall is stable. The balls and wheels are not activated.
• The wall has two movable positions
  • Small tilt (appr. 4-24°) and large tilt (appr. 24-90°). When the thermowall is tilted appr. 4-24°, the balls are in contact with the floor, which enables precision movement of the section in all directions when making the final positioning of the wall.
  • When the thermowall is tilted approx. 24-90°the wheels are in contact with the floor, which makes it easier to move the wall longer distances.

• The integrated handle with knee joint functionality makes it easy and ergonomic to with low effort close and open the wall section between floor and ceiling.
• The side strips with double sealing flabs in environmentally friendly PP-TPE contribute to high insulation and wear resistance.
• Laminate in high impact fiberglass on the front and back gives the wall a longer lifespan.
• The aluminum bottom profile of the wall sections has a ribbed structure for higher friction.
