The 25 mm cam buckle strap, with a length of 3.50 m, is an essential tool for securely securing loads in vehicles equipped with "aeronautical" type track rails.
The claw cam system allows for applying manual tension on the strap (human force) only, thus limiting the risk of crushing goods compared to mechanical tension (ratchet tensioner). It features a quality claw cam that prevents the strap from slipping once tensioned, ensuring secure fastening.
The hooks are available in several versions: single PA pins / double 7V pins / locking flat 3A / double / push-button attachments 7H.
The 91 claw cam strap is made from a raw strap with a breaking strength of 1200 kg, a "91" claw cam with a breaking strength of 300 kg, making it highly resistant while being compact.
Length: 3.50m (0.50m+3m) - blue strap.
Lashing capacity: 150 daN linearly / 300 daN in a U configuration

are the straps customizable?
Thanks to its workshop based in Mions, Forankra can customise straps according to your needs: length, colour, marking and available buckles. Forankra can also make straps to drawings.
Does the color of the strap affect the resistance?
No, the colour has no impact on the capacity of the strap and this is not prescribed in the standard. On the other hand, the label includes all the information needed to identify the strap (STF, CMU, elongation, etc.).
Do the straps need to be inspected?
There is no regulatory strap check, but wear must be checked before use.
What is the LC?
The LC stands for ‘lashing capacity’ or, in accordance with the standard, the LC expresses the strap's capacity for use, including the safety coefficients. It therefore refers to the strap's daily use.
What is the STF ?
STF is the tension force of the ratchet. Its unit of measurement is the daN (deca-newton).
What is the SHF ?
The SHF represents the human force used to tension the ratchet. Its unit of measurement is the daN (deca-newton).
