Which loading dock to choose to compensate for low level differences?
Articulated and sliding loading dock in its track. Confined within the track, it can only exit from the end.
Basic model designed to compensate for low level differences.
The loading dock is locked in a vertical position when at rest, it unlocks with the foot and the operator holds the dock with a handle or strap provided for this purpose.
To choose an aluminum type KBS loading dock, it is necessary to know the level difference between the dock and the truck which must be compatible with the level differences (see in the table the minimum D. & maximum D. dimensions).
Standard EN1398 recommends a loading bridge width at least 700 mm wider than the cart width. To attach the welding rail, there must be a vertical metal part descending 120 mm at the dock edge.
The dock must be installed in a track, provided additionally.
Pay attention to the weight, this model does not have balancing.
